For the last several years, veterans that lost their lives in the many wars have been honoured by the raising of crosses along Memorial Drive. On October 31, I met a couple of our K9 members of the Calgary Police Service Canine Unit at the location of the crosses and took some photos. The photo of the week and in honour and memory of those that have served to protect our Country I post this photo. The photo is of K9 – Ben in front of one of the several thousand crosses.
